Many titles from our growing list of publishers, including O'Reilly, Sybex, Microsoft Press, Charles River, Apress and Berrett-Koehler, are adopted at universities, institutes and TAFE’s throughout Australia and New Zealand. Hundreds of courses use the books Woodslane distributes to help students develop their knowledge and understanding.

WOODSLANE encourages academics to use its titles by offering a standard adoption and desk copy policy.
Use the form below to request review copies of titles you are considering for adoption. By using the form you agree to the following terms.
Inspection Copies are provided to Universities, Schools and Academics under Delayed Payment Terms.
We allow up to 2 (two) inspection copies per Lecturer/Academic for a limit of 4 four titles at any one time i.e. you may not ask for 2 copies of five or more titles in the same 60 day period.
After 60 days we require you to do one of the following things:
- 1. Purchase the book (i.e. pay the enclosed invoice)
- 2. Set the book for your course; then provide us with documentary evidence so we can cancel the amount outstanding.
- 3. Return the book to Woodslane (call the Academic & Training Sales Exexcutive on (02) 9970 5111 or email to info@woodslane.com.au and request a Return Authority)
You will be contacted in a couple of months to see what you would like to do.
If a book is adopted we provide 1 free copy for tutors for every 25 students enrolled in the course (up to 4 copies of the book in total).
