Professor Christine Parkin Hughes is a Senator at the University of Exeter. In the Business School she is the Director of Education and Student Experience for the Management department, and the Educational Director of the Exeter Centre for Leadership (ExCL). Chris also leads the Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources Department. Her research centres around sustainability in the workplace. Having begun her teaching career over 25 years ago in Key Stages 1 & 2, she is a multi-award-winning educator and Qualified Teacher (QTS), Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), and a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE). Externally, Chris is an Examiner, Moderator and Validator, levels 1 - 8. She is also a Trustee and Member of the People and Nominations Committee for The Royal College Occupational Therapists.
