Regina Luttrell is currently an assistant professor of public relations and social media, interim director of the graduate program in public relations, and director of the Emerging Insights Lab at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. A contributor to PR Tactics and PR News as well as peer-reviewed journals, she is a noted speaker, frequently presenting at national and international conferences and business events. As a Knight Foundation Tow Journalism Fellow, she examines attitudes and awareness of artificial intelligence and its impact on society. She is the author of several books, including Public Relations Campaigns: An Integrated Approach; The PR Agency Handbook; Social Media: How to Engage, Share, and Connect; and The Millennial Mindset: Unraveling Fact from Fiction. Adrienne A. Wallace is an assistant professor at Grand Valley State University where she teaches courses in advertising and public relations. Adrienne has more than 22 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors ranging in scope from nonprofit, health, education, government, hospitality, politics, lobbying, and finance. She's a frequent contributor to industry publications and conference speaker on all things related to digital/social media strategy, student-run firms, and experiential learning design.
