Alice Whieldon is a Mind Clearing practitioner, and a Shiatsu practitioner and teacher. She began her training in 1991, met Akinobu Kishi in 1998, and worked closely with him until his death in 2012. Alice is also an Associate Lecturer with The Open University and she is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

This is an excellent exposition of a very powerful set of techniques for freeing oneself from unwelcome aspects of one's mind. The book's explanations are sufficient for practitioners from other backgrounds to start to use some of the techniques for themselves.
