All You Need Is Love is the definitive photographic journey through The Beatles iconic performance on June 25, 1967 for the 'Our World' satellite broadcast, the first live international satellite broadcast ever to take place. Working with archives and colleagues at Rex Features, The Science Museum, MTV, Rolling Stone Magazine and the BBC, authors Paul Skellett & Simon Weitzman have pieced together the narrative and visuals surrounding the rehearsals and live performance.
Paul Skellett is one of the most accomplished image restoration and remastering experts. As well as being a fine artist he is also a highly experienced illustrator, image curator, book designer, leisure brand creative and musician, in a career spanning over twenty five years. Paul is a self confessed Beatles fanatic and this is his first foray into bringing his unique image skills to the Beatles arena. His previous credits have included assignments for Penguin Classic Publications, Aston Martin, Virgin Megastores, Blood and Glitter NY / JP Tokyo and many more. Simon Weitzman is a writer amd director and has directed TV shows for 18 years and made over 300+ network TV shows, working on productions for BBC, ITV, Channels 4 and 5, SKY, HBO, ABC, Buena Vista International/Disney. Simon has worked with Paul Skellett since 2007 and wrote and directed the Beatles fan-film, 'Here There & Everywhere' in 2018.
