After 20 years working in the education sector as a secondary school English teacher, Stuart began writing for TheRoar.com.au in 2015. Covering football, rugby league, cricket, tennis, rugby union and AFL, his articles have subsequently featured across an array of websites and publications, including Play On magazine and zerodigital.com.au.Living in Sydney with his partner and two teenage children, Stuart also works in sub-editing, blogs sporting events live, and runs a successful nursery in the north-west of Sydney.
