Jo Watson is a screenwriter, author, artist and all-round creative person who specialises in children’s stories. She’s a television writer whose episodes have appeared on all the major networks, as well as Netflix, Nickelodeon and the Disney Channel. Screenwriting is often referred to as a visual medium - so for Jo, moving into picture books was a natural and joyful progression. She studied visual art at Melbourne Polytechnic and strives to create imagery that will help a story’s emotional life sing. Larry Leadbeater is Jo’s debut picture book.
